Terms & Conditions:

•  Mileage- All services include up to a 15 mile one-way radius from Gilford, NH.  Outside of this parameter is a $1.56 (Retail) or $1.25 (Featured Agent) charge per mile.

• Packages include up to 4,500 /square feet.  Over 4,500 square feet results in an extra $0.06/0.05 per additional square foot

• The order overview at the time of booking is an estimate.  The final invoice will reflect mileage, Sq/Ft overage charges as well as any service request changes on site.

• Appointments may be booked or rescheduled online until 5 PM the night prior.  *Based on availability.

• There is no cancellation fee at this time, but we would appreciate as much notice as possible. 

• Cancel via the confirmation page up to 24 hours in advance.  Within 24 hours please call or text 603-520-0358.

• All data & media will be retained for 1 year after which point it will be deleted.
